I had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The cleanliness was great, and the hotel facilities were excellent. I particularly loved the restaurant/bar area with a cozy and inviting atmosphere with warm colors and lots of nooks and crannies. The food options were diverse and reasonably priced. The location of the hotel was also convenient, as it was very near Sprucfield shopping centre in this city.

Convenient Location and Good Value for Money the hotel's location is great, close to the town which is dotted with many eateries and cafes. the hotel is positioned within a small retail park which was convenient for last-minute shopping, and the prices were very reasonable. the beds were comfortable, and the rooms offered ample space for moving around. the staff at the front desk were well informed about the local area, making it easy to get recommendations for exploring the surroundings.
the food quality was wanting, and the service was slow.

I recently had a fantastic stay at this hotel for a post-Christmas night away with my husband. The room was perfect, warm and cozy, with all the basic amenities we needed. We were delighted with the great menu at the restaurant, especially the festive special which offered amazing value for money with two courses for only £13.99. The food was truly delicious and the portions were generous. I was particularly impressed with the attentive and knowledgeable service from our waiter, Alex. The staff throughout the hotel were friendly and helpful, making us feel welcome from the moment we arrived. The hotel's convenient location near Sprucfield shopping centre was an added bonus.
All was well during our stay.

The hotel had a great location, with free parking and friendly staff always willing to help. The rooms were clean and comfortable with the added bonus of air conditioning. The hotel also had a restaurant next door that had recently been renovated with a cozy fireplace.
The TV in the room was small and placed in an unusual spot. the air conditioning was quite noisy and made it difficult to fall asleep.
